Luxury package 

The number of luxury packages is limited by accommodation available in the stage towns
The luxury packages is an additional fee added to the normal entry fee.
 
The luxury package includes the following service:
 
6 nights in Hotel/ Motels / Holiday villages
14.10.18 and finishes on the 20.10.2018
1 x dedicated driver per vehicle
The vehicles are mini busses or pickups
Rider bag delivered and collected from the accommodation.
Personal transport between the start/finish, race village and accommodation.
 
Price for luxury package single use          AUD  1.550,00 p.P.
Price for luxury package double use         AUD  1.130,00 p.P

Camping        
during the event from 14th till 20th of October


Breakfast
from 15th to 20th of October (6am to 7am)
includes cereals, jam, bread, spreads, cheese, ham, eggs, fresh fruit, tea and coffee.

 

 

Lunch
from 14th to 20th of October (1pm – 3pm)
includes, bread, ham, cheese, fresh fruits and pasta.

 

Dinner
from 14th to 19th of October (6pm – 7pm)
includes, salads, pasta, rice  or potatoes, red or white meat or fish and fresh fruits.

 

Feeding Stations
Each depot provides energy drinks, muesli bars and fruits.

Medical service
Medical service from 7am until 7pm.

Two doctors and two first-aid attendant will be at the event
A medical tent will be situated at the camp to take care for wounded treatments, injuries, etc.
Emergency service are available at all times. Mobile medical support during the race by 4x4 vehicle or Quads.
 
Basic service are free of charge, medication for pre-existing illness and ailments will be charged.
Strapping will be charged as well. Riders who require daily strapping are welcome to bring their own consumables.
Emergency number will be pronounced in the tour program.
Riders and supporters must please save this number on their own phones in case of medical emergency
All riders must complete their medical details and get it signed by a medical doctor.

 

Mechanical service     
will be open from 7am in the morning until 8pm in the evening.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation before the 30th of April you get back the paid entry fee less 10 % processing fee.
Cancellation after 1st of May you keep the entry fee (amount of payment) for the Crocodile Trophy 2019.
